WebDec 1, 2011 · I went to autozone to have the code pulled. It is throwing P1128 - Closed Loop Fueling Not Achieved - Bank 1. I did some research online and it seems the common culprits are the MAP sensor or the 02 sensor. I checked the connections for the MAP and bank 1 02 sensor and everything looked okay.
