WebI’ve been struggling with major depression and anxiety for a few years now, and went through the inpatient, php, and iop system two years ago. Although I emerged healthy and with new coping skills, the CBT just didn’t stick. I’ve had multiple lapses and a relapse since being released, none of which my support system is aware of.
