Top of tire leaning in
WebFeb 9, 2016 · Like where the top of the tire is leaning out over the bottom. It's very slight but I can definitely notice it. (Wasn't able to get a clear picture of it with just my iPhone because of the weather today) What's causing this, and what can I do to fix it? Do I need to worry about it? You need to have it put on an alignment rack and have the real measurements taken. It may be just fine. Stock specs call for -1.5 deg of camber, which is definitely enough to see it lean at the top of the tire as you describe. VW's specs are pretty tight, though. Only allowing for around .33 deg. tolerance, if that.
